  • We offer a wide range of transportable buildings from small 1 bedroom units to large, spacious buildings up to 125 square meters. We predominantly build these for our retirement villages. You can view some of our work on our website at greenpalmsvillage.com.au

  • Absolutely! One of the main advantages of transportable buildings is that they can be relocated. Our buildings are designed to be moved with ease, so you can change locations as needed without a major investment in new construction.

  • The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the build and current demand. On average, a transportable building can be completed and delivered within 18 weeks from deposit, but we’ll provide you with a specific timeline when you make an enquiry.

  • We recommend ensuring that the location is level, accessible, and cleared. Our team can provide guidance on site preparation to ensure a smooth installation.

  • Yes! We provide both delivery and installation services within a 180km radius. Our expert team ensures that your building is safely delivered and properly set up at your location.

  • If your location is outside our standard 180km delivery radius, we outsource the delivery to our trusted external freight company. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the necessary engineering specifications to help you complete the footings on your site. Alternatively, if you prefer to organise your own freight, our team is more than happy to assist by liaising with whoever is necessary to ensure a smooth pickup. We can load your transportable building at our factory site for easy collection.

  • e can assist by providing the necessary information and documentation required for your council permit application, but you will need to submit the application directly to the council. For your convenience, we also have a private building surveyor we can recommend who can help guide you through the process and ensure everything is in order.

  • Our factory is located in Cobram. Viewings are welcome. To ensure you get the best possible service, please call the office and schedule ahead of time.
